It is estimated that there are over 30 million tonnes of waste in the UK. Help the Aged urges your company to recycle its waste to preserve resources and reduce the amount of rubbish going to landfill. By recycling your mobile phones, toner cartridges, foreign currency and household goods, you could raise valuable funds for older people. This is how our recycling schemes work:
Mobile phones: Does your company have any old mobile phones lying unwanted? We can turn old handsets into money to help older people.
Toner cartridges: By joining Help the Aged's toner recycling scheme you can dispose of your workplace waste in an environmentally friendly manner, whilst also helping to raise money which will help vulnerable older people in the UK and overseas.
Foreign currency: Do people in your office travel frequently? If so, why not encourage them to recycle their spare change?
Household goods: Why not think of us the next time you de-clutter your home? You could hold a collection day in the office and raise money for Help the Aged.
