Employee volunteering with Help the Aged offers direct benefits to the older people we work with, and also to your employees and your business.

A survey of over 200 top businesses revealed that 94 per cent think volunteering adds significantly to the skills of their workforce, particularly in the areas of communication skills, organisation and time management. (Timebank volunteering survey, 2000)

Volunteers are the life-blood of Help the Aged, allowing us to reach the thousands of older people we work with in the UK and overseas.
